We Made It

Well, we made it.

We made it to Chicago, and nobody died. The trailer didn't come off the truck, my car didn't zoom away off the trailer without anybody in it, and we brought everything we needed to.

*sigh*

Now the hard things start. Finding a job. Finding an apartment. Finding where I fit in in this vast, traffic-laden, humid Chicagoland.

But for tonight, knowing we made it is enough.
